As we gear up for the choir season to start in September, we’d like to invite everyone to this meeting, whether you have been part of the adult choir before or are considering joining (this is a great time to get involved!) We will go over some details and enjoy a casual time of fellowship.

Current opportunities

  • Our Pantry is open on the second Sunday of each month, offering food, household supplies, and personal hygiene items to anyone in need.

    • Current most needed items:

    • Paper Towels

    • Laundry Detergent

    • Body Wash/Soap

    • Shampoo & Conditioner

    • Shelf-stable, easy-prep meals

    • Applesauce & Canned Fruit

      • If you would like to receive full letters and updates from the ministry partners of Grace Baptist Church of Lancaster, please sign up here

  •  - Once a month, our 55+ group meets for a luncheon and fellowship. Help is needed to coordinate meals, assist with preparation and serving, as well as cleaning up afterward. If you would be available to help in any of these ways, please contact the church office or speak with Pastor Marvin Reich.   • Men and women are needed to provide spiritual discipleship for individuals pursuing recovery from substance abuse. At GBC, sessions are held monthly (on the fourth Thursday of each month) for those working with residents of The Way Recovery Houses to receive training and to pray for the ministry. Prayer and praise

  • Construction has begun on the school site in Catembe! Walls are going up day by day, and the real progress is being made — a powerful step toward providing education and hope to the community. Follow Building the Heart Ministry on Facebook or Instagram to see more updates and photos.

  • Pray for God’s sustaining grace as they heal, and for peace and patience for them and family members assisting with their care.
